I received the Ziip Halo as a Xmas gift so have just start using it. In just the time I have had it, I have already seen a difference. Even at 65, I struggle with an occasional breakout. I absolutely love Ziip Halo. It does what no other microcurrent device does. It lifts and stimulates to give a radiant glow. However, I am on my third device. I have had to return it twice due to a defect in the area where the silver dome meets the white portion. I take exceptional care of it, following all care protocols. That's why I give it 4 out of 5 stars. Also you have the absolute best customer service and replacement policy I have ever experienced. I do hope whatever causes this defect to happen is rectified because I cannot live without my Ziip.
