Doesn't work

This "charger" was received as a Christmas gift (2024). It was spotty charging at first and now completely stopped charging. And I am told I can't return it. Waste of money!!!!!

Husband's new device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought him 2, Nice looking to sit on table, have 1 in livingroom and 1 in bedroom. He kept ruining cords so this is VERY Nice to be able to just lay the phone or earbuds down.

This is not reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have to contort your phone to actually get it to charge. I love the charging stand and the catch all charging as this is my third courant purchase. But this one is just bad!

Not for 2 iPhones

This is my second Courant purchase. I have the Mag:1 and absolutely love it. The magnetic connection is amazing and it works great. I bought this one since my partner kept stealing my Mag:1 and this seemed like a perfect fit. First, there isn't a magnetic connection so you need to place the phone perfectly with very little room for error, otherwise it doesn't charge. And secondly, after after 2 months of use, we've given up on getting both iPhones to charge all night. They need to be touching in the middle for it to have a chance at both getting picked up by the charger, and even then it seems like one will turn off. This seems to be made for an iPhone and an accessory (AirPods, etc) not two iPhones. Save yourself the trouble and get two Mag:1 instead of this and you will save yourself a lot of frustration and agony.

BROKE quickly

First, the two-unit charging is too small, it won't fit two phones to be placed next to each other. Second, the charging cable is not functional: It's not fast-charging and mine broke pretty quickly, the metal part stuck inside my phone!! Obviously this wasn't a good investment for me

Horrible.

I think this is one of the worst purchases. I bought this thinking it would be a great way to charge two phones overnight. FOOLS. I cant even get one phone to sit properly and charge on this thing. I will get it to sit and charge, then all of the sudden it stops charging. Or, it moves a millimeter and then I wake up to no battery. I hate this product and I have tried to return it with no luck. Horrible.

The double charger looks great on our foyer table, although I wish it came in a true white instead of the cream color. It performs just like it is supposed to and my husband loves it.

Catch:2 vs Mag:2

I bought the Catch:2 Classics at the same time as the Mag:2 Classic. As much as I like the look of the Catch:2 Classic, the functionality of the Mag:2 Classic is just better. I use two phones on the Catch:2 Classics on my bedstand, and sometimes the second phone isn't on the charger quite right or gets knocked (by my cat) and doesn't get charged. This is more a user error than a product error. While I personally prefer the Mag:2 over the Catch:2, it is still a far better charger than any I have had previously.
