Bangles

These are so handy. I use them as incremental weights when progressing my heavy lifting.

Love them even more than expected

I am soo obsessed with these! I basically made these Bala bangles my entire personality. I haven’t taken them off since I bought them for the most part. I wear them anytime I’m doing a cardio workout or on a walk with my dogs or I even wore them to my Solidcore class to kick up the intensity and they were great!

Love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my 1lb bala bangles. I walk with them on, drive with them on, cook with them on– ultimately trying to improve my upper body strength. And man, I am sore! I was worried about them not fitting around my wrists since they are very small, but I don't have an issue about them fitting tightly. One thing I will say though is I got the "Heather" color, and it does have a shimmer to it, not the matte that is displayed on the website.
