Warm into the palms and then massage over the face, neck and décolleté with light circular massage movements. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage. I dont write reviews too often,so when I do,its because a product stood out to me! I receive the Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm as a sample,so I wasn't really familiar with this product. I used it as directed and I was immediately impressed with the results,my skin was left so soft,and dewy look...

Sensitive Skin, Beware
I am a a long time user of Elemis' cleansing balms, but I would throw a flag of caution to those with sensitive skin (specifically rosacea) when purchasing the black cherry scent. I like to leave the product on for a minute or two before rinsing off. The first time I used the product, I could feel a tingling sensation - which I have never experienced with other scents. The second time I experienced the same thing and swore I could smell cinnamon. Looked up ingredients. Cinnamomum Zeylanicum Leaf Oil. Seems kind of sneaky for something labeled as cherry. I'm sure most will be just fine, just a heads up for my fellow sensitive skins.

Nothing magical. Cleans just as well as any other medium quality balm.
I highly recommend any of the Elemis products
I use many if the Elemis products and the black cherry cleansing balm doesn't disappoint. I love it and how it leaves my skin feeling hydrated and clean.

This collagen cleansing balm is the BOMB. I have been using this for years. It cleans my skin and leaves it feeling like silk. I highly recommend it.

I love this product!! I use it every day I wear makeup. It removes all the makeup and breaks done my lash glue. It leaves my skin soft and you can use it as a mask if you need extra moisture.
