Great quality! I use it to make peanut butter protein balls and it comes out great. No need to buy the branded ones that cost double of the price.

Almond flour is a little pricey but I like to use it in "healthy" recipes and this is priced better than other stores.

Thought this would be a substitute for the Bobby one but it gives a bad taste and doesn’t have the almond aroma after baking like the Bobby one. I used it in baking and it tastes like some shreds of old almond without its essence….

I use almond flour for baking brownies for my daughter. I usually use Bob’s Red Mill, but thought I’d try out the Good and Gather brand… wish I hadn’t. My brownies turned out thick and grainy. Would not recommend.

Bakes beautifully; clumping is minor. However, it’s a little pricier than I’m used to.

I liked this almond flour and overall it worked well. However I wish it was more finely milled for a more flour-like texture.

Typically purchase through an online retailer but needed something in a pinch. Decided to try these and did not care for it. Recipes I have always used almond flour, consistency was much different. Batters turned out Thicker than normal but Maybe because it is not super fine. Won’t be purchasing again
i'm immediately stocking up!

I don’t like switching up anything when it comes to making macarons but when i saw a cheaper alternative (nearly identical) to my usual almond flour, i had to experiment. I’m happy to say this worked so well for me & anyone who’s made macarons know how finicky they can be! So for $3 less you get the same amount & what actually seems to be a more finely ground almond flour.
Works well for baking!
