I can’t rate what I don’t have. It has been almost two weeks (in 2 days it will be 2 weeks) since my tracking says my order was supposed to be here. All I got is shipping refund. In my opinion I should get another order free of charge. It’s not my fault it got lost or whatever has happened. Who knows if I will ever actually get that order.
