[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super excited that this Monopoly game is Harry Potter themed. My family loves Harry Potter and we are big fan of Harry Potter movies and now this monopoly game! The graphics and prints on the board are amazing and looks like we would be entering the enchanting world of Harry Potter and Hogwarts. My son loves playing this game with his friends. This game can be used by both adults and kids and it is much more entertaining and quick when compared to the original monopoly game. Game pieces are of great quality. It comes with a game guide which is so important if you are new to this game. Overall it’s very interesting and entertaining game. Perfect for a game night!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a ton of fun to play with our kids (5,8,and 10). Everyone caught on to the rules very quickly, and being HP fans made it even more fun. My husband and I both felt that this went more quickly than the original Monopoly and was way less stressful! I love the little chests that work great for the crests (hotels) and the house points (money) and the owl for the chance cards. We were impressed with the quality of all of the pieces, as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved this new edition of the classic monopoly game. The board is beatifully illustrated and contains details from the books and movies that any fan is sure to love. I especially loved the little aspects from the books like the metal game pieces and the owl post holder. The game was really easy to set up and to follow the rules of play so that even my eight-year-old niece had a good time playing this game.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This game is a perfect gift for any Harry Potter fan. All the parts are durable and beautifully crafted, with a colorful and detailed board. The neat box is convenient for storing the game stuff. The game beautifully incorporates elements from the Harry Potter series, such as iconic locations and magical events. Unlike the original Monopoly, there’s no money, and the rules are slightly different. My husband and I enjoy playing this version of monopoly and can’t wait when our 7-year-old son to love the Harry Potter universe as much as we do to play together

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids absolutely LOVE Harry Potter! My oldest devoured the entire book series in less than 3 weeks! Family game nights are a big thing in our house and of course Monopoly is a staple! We have the original and the digital, so when we received the Harry Potter themed Monopoly the kids were ecstatic! It’s so fun to choose which house we wanted to be apart of as well as choosing which token we wanted. Everything looks great and we “ooo’d” and “aww’d” while unveiling/opening this board game. What’s really incredible are the locations we choose to buy/rent are the iconic places, locations, buildings, and stores in the wizarding realm. We all have such a blast playing this version of Monopoly and if you’re into Harry Potter, this game is an absolute MUST!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a huge Monopoly fan, as it takes ages, but my kids like it and we're all big Harry Potter fans, so of course we had to try this out! It was actually really fun and we all really enjoyed it! You pick your houses, so you get tokens that color (house crests) to use as the houses and hotels for the spaces. The pieces are SO nice, as is Hedwig for the Owl Posts that you get. We all really liked those, they can be good or bad, like the Chance cards, and we had fun yelling how many points went to each house lol. Also, that's how the money is, they're house points, which is pretty cool. We also liked that each card could be good or bad for certain houses, along with what else you did for it. It kept it exciting! Each space was a different class or place in the Wizarding World, which was fun to try to collect your favorite places. I think this was a fun new twist, and a lot of fun!

My 10 year old loved the theme and how it was different than regular Monopoly. This game doesn’t have regular money like the original game does. Great price point as well! Would make. A great gift for a child 8 and over or even for an adult who loves Harry Potter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So as a monopoly lover from way back in the day, I can tell you one thing. It is that It’s designed a lot like monopoly, but the concept is literally night and day between this and monopoly in my opinion. I do believe that hasbro killed it with this game though and I am going to try to break it down as I have only played once and we only had two people. I don’t recommend playing with less than four people however, you can play with 2 to 6 players so, I mean, it’s really up to you. Okay this is a property trading game and the board still uses free parking and go to jail so, like the four corners of the board are not changed at all. The cards are post cards and they are the owl cards. You still roll the dice and move around the board only, you get to pick your piece and your house. They have the Firebolt from quidditch, the night bus, hagrids motorcycle, Hogwarts train, Hippogriff, and Thestral all pieces are gold colored and shiny. It has 28 title deed cards. There also are 44 house crests. Instead of money, you get cardboard house point chips and only tens and fifty’s a little lame, but it works well. You basically move through the castle and explore and have fun!
Love it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monopoly is a bit different than the original, but it was a very fun game! There’s no money, it uses house points to purchase property and pay others. Everything was very neatly packed in the box. We played it with our two kids ages 7 and 12 and they loved it as well! The game did not last nearly as long as regular monopoly does, which is great when the kiddos want to play monopoly but you don’t want it to turn into a 4 day long game!! Definitely recommend!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m honestly so surprised that it’s taken this long to get an officially licensed Harry Potter monopoly. There are some details that I really like and some that I don’t. I love the packaging- the chests for holding the game pieces were a nice touch. You get two six sided dice, and the typical cards you need for game play. The gold player pieces were nicely crafted. The board itself it your typical monopoly board but with Hp spots. I don’t quite understand why the jail wasn’t named azkaban. I love how instead of playing with Monopoly money you are trying to earn house points. Game play was easy but I was playing with another adult. I can see how younger crowd could also enjoy playing this game. Will be fun to play with my other Harry Potter fan friends.
