I made this purchase because I needed a large tote for work. After just a few months of moderate use (only having to go into the office a few times a week), two of the straps completely fell apart (one on either side of the bag). As a busy working mom of two, I did not get around to calling it into customer service until today. When I called in, I was informed by a customer service rep that there was a one-year warranty on the bag, but because I was calling in outside the one year window (only a few weeks late), they could no longer replace or refund the bag. I explained it broke well within the one-year warranty, but I was told that didn't matter since I didn't call it in soon enough. I was offered a 25% discount on purchasing a new one, but why would I spend another $200 on a bag that will probably break again in a few weeks?
Very disappointed in the quality of the bag. More disappointed in the customer service. If they want to sell a large bag, the bag should be able to carry more than a wallet and keys without breaking. It also seems like an unfair technicality to say the one-year warranty only applies if it breaks AND they learn about it within a year. The fact that it broke within the year should be sufficient.

It’s a nice tote overall - however, for the price it is not worth it. I bought this with the Black Friday promo for $200 and I feel it should be $110 at most. The craftsmanship isn’t overly impressive - the straps are different lengths and I thought they would be wider. The hardware in the bag also appears flimsy and cheap. I expected a much more luxurious product at this price point.

It’s a great size Laptop is a 17’ and it fits the reason for the 4 is that the fabric stains way to easy and hard to remove it and this is only a week into having the bag. It’s unfortunate because it’s pricey bag. But the packaging and delivery was great everything came in packaged well. Also I like the initial engraving it’s a nice touch. I’m sad about how easily it got stained and I can’t remove it does not clean easy.

It's a beautiful bag and was the perfect size for carrying as my personal item on the plane. It holds my large over-ear headphones, iPad and a wrap, as well as my purse items nicely. My complaint is that it's pretty floppy and not as structured as I would've liked.

This is a great looking bag, and it feels high quality. Unfortunately, the strap began to fall apart after 2 years of infrequent use. I'd expect a purse of this quality to last much longer.
