This used to be my favorite shampoo and conditioner combo—it left my hair feeling and looking silky, and had a great scent. But they must’ve changed the formula, because in my most recent purchase, the conditioner absolutely stinks. If this keeps up, I’ll have to find a new shampoo and conditioner.

I’ve used this product for many years. I just bought a new bottle of conditioner and it has a really strong smell, and it lingers on your hair post wash. I compared the ingredients of the new bottle to the old one and the formula has been changed. I don’t understand why companies always have to ruin a good thing.

I’ve been using this product for years. I ran out of conditioner, so I just bought a new bottle this weekend and just use it for the first time this morning. I notice new packaging, but no not notification of any formula changes. Why did you put musky scent in this?!?!! I am extremely sensitive to scents and now cannot use this product anymore. I just hope I don’t have a headache for the rest of the day because I don’t have time to rewash my hair. You should never do that without some kind of notification on the packaging that there is a new formula and or a new scent!

We do have 2 different formulas, Total Repair 5 and Total Repair Extreme. The packaging looks very similar and the names are also similar so you may have picked up a different formula. DO NOT BUY!!!! It’s making my hair fall out!! I used to use this all the time and tried to switch back to using it again, so I bought a new bottle. My hair falls out in clumps while using it😭😭

I used this once and it left my hair in a bunch of tangles. No conditioner should tangle your hair. My hair is very dry now and after brushing it, a large amount of hair fell out. Returning

I've used the leave in conditioner for quite some time and just decided to try this rinse out variety. I love it, wish I'd bought it sooner! Everything about it is great for my hair. Which, by the way, is thick, curly, a bit dryish, gaelic wild and attached to a senior lady. Little to no grey though. Anyway, the fragrance, Goldilocks thickness, moisturizing, repairing, it all works for me! I highly recommend at least trying it.

I've had my loreal paris elvive shampoo and conditioner for 1 week. I am so pleased with the healing care loreal has in this product. Never have I ever found any shampoo or conditioner that even comes close to this product. My hair is unbelievable shape just in a week. All stars go out to loreal for making the absolute best hair care products in the world. I will never use anything else on my hair. Thanks loreal corporation.
