Very disappointed with this company re darker skin tone shades

The brush looks fine but I haven't used it as yet. I have to say that overall I am very disappointed with this company. I requested six samples of conceal+ but they sent me two of the same one and didn't actually send me the one I requested which has an olive undertone . I am very disappointed as I had to pay a lot extra for shipping to the UK and because the majority of samples they have sent me have a golden rather than an olive undertone none of them are right and will be way to orange. Further more you clearly like most other beauty companies don't know about the different depths of colour let alone the undertones in those of us who are not white as you have a photo of a model with my skin tone but with a much darker concealer shade which is clearly wrong and marked as C6 with an olive undertone and is way too dark for her and for me!!!! Very misleading. Humanity is diverse and if you are going to make concealers and foundation for us with skin of colour then please do your research first and get it more accurate like you do for those with white , medium and lighter complexions....
