Hold the brush horizontally. Press the inner curved side into the root of the lashes and pull upwards.
Use the outer-curved side and wiggle the bristles from side to side, base to tip, to separate, lift and define.

Okay but won't replace all other mascaras.
I liked this, but it's not going to be something I use all the time and dump all other mascaras for. It took a bit of skill to apply it on my lashes and still I struggled. The mascara is thick and unfortunately clogs the bristles a bit on the wand so it is tough to get the wand to separate my lashes...

I was very disappointed in this mascara. It made my lashes clump together. The product also seemed to get dry in the tube very quickly.
Will not buy again
I am disappointed in this mascara. I don't know if it's because I didn't understand the description when purchasing online or not. This mascara, when applied, only makes my lash look clumpy. I don't like it and would not recommend to my friends.

The GOAT
FINALLY I have found my mascara. After purchasing a mini, I fell in love with this mascara. Im trying to get my lashes back to a healthier state after years of strip lashes. My are short and sparse. With the help of this mascara I can see the growth progressing. I have zero flaking or smudging. It lasts all day, even through workouts and tanning. The packaging in the full size is gorgeous. Its so worth the $

It was so hard for me to throw away this mascara after using it for six months usually, I rotate them every three months, but I just really didn't want to get rid of this one because it was my new favorite since I started using it! I got several compliments on my lashes and I trust that this one will wear nicely all day long and not transfer to my under eyes.
