How To Use
Brush the mascara primer through your upper lashes evenly from root to tip. Wait 30 seconds, and then apply a coat of mascara to your upper and lower lashes, using the molded bristles to define and separate as you go.
Precautions: Avoid direct contact with eyes. If contact occurs, flush thoroughly with water. In case of irritation, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
