Disappointed size mix up

So upsetting to order these boots & pick them up at store, only to find they were a size 5 when I ordered a size 6! Sadly I had to immediately return them. They looked like great boot.

Attractive design & color, noisy heel.

I like the design of this boot so much, however the Heel is not as the description says. The details says rubber heel but it is not rubber. The rubber is only on the front part of the outsole. The heel is too noisy on any floor.

Not for short people

These boots are beautiful! Fit is perfect! Problem is they are past my knee, I am 5’2”. That’s the only reason they were given 4 stars.

Shoe too narrow, calf area too big

The shoe part is really narrow and would be too small in my normal size (6) but was too long for 6.5 but was still narrow. The heel is a great height and the calf part is easy to slide on, but it scrunches with every step and doesn’t hold its shape. The calf area was a little too big also. I wish there was a zipper and more structure so the boot doesn’t scrunch down. After a while it will be covered with wrinkles. I returned it because it wasn’t worth it, so I am on the hunt for boots like this still. Pro that is it real leather.
