I’m so glad I snagged this dress on sale. It is LOVELY! Almost looks black the outer georgette layer is such a dark navy. I like that the straps are self tie, that makes them slightly adjustable. I will need to have this hemmed as I’m only 5’1” but it’s worth it for $70 I got it for! This would be great to wear for a wedding or for a special evening out. I usually purchase a size 6 in Madewell dresses. That’s what I got and it fits me well!

I personally don't like the bows on the shoulders because it gets in the way of my bag and I find it very clunky to be able to wear any jackets on top of it. I usually steer away from anything with shoulder bows. It's a pretty dress, would be perfect if it's just regular adjustable shoulder straps. If you don't mind the shoulder bows and manage to find this on sale, I'd say go for it. But just keep in mind you may not be able to layer a jacket on top, so it makes the dress a less versatile piece.
