They are perfect in the sense that they’re not too thin to be ineffective against leaks but not so bulky that they’re uncomfortable. There’s definitely a level of odor control in the event that you do have a leak. My only con is that I wish they were just a little bit longer but the regular length isn’t a deal breaker for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like having a light everyday pad for occasions when I feel a little protection may be needed (gym days or if I’ve been coughing a lot, you get the idea.) These light Poise pads were a lot thicker than I expected. The length was perfect for my petite frame, and I did like the softness of the pad. I also appreciated the fabric-like material that the pads come in as I find them to be more discreet to carry and open than the plastic ones. And while these pads are super absorbent and were more than sufficient for my needs, I just can’t get past the thickness. It made me uncomfortable and hyper aware that I was wearing them - even self-conscious that the bulge of the pad could be seen in my workout clothes. So while these are excellent at absorbing, the bulkiness of them isn’t for me.

I’ve noticed that these poise pads help to avoid the unexpected trickle that can happen. You stay dry to the touch and they absorb quickly. Definitely a must have in these situations. There is no odor to them and they are comfortable to wear they stick well inside your underwear.
