A: This is a face cleanser not a makeup remover. For clean skin you should always remove your makeup and then wash it :-)

Q: What scent does this cleanser have? I see lavender oil in the ingredient list, which isn't my favorite scent in larger amounts, but if it's subtle, I would definitely give it a try!

I like the packaging,which makes it easy to use and I like that it leaves my skin clean and fresh. I should note that I do not have sensitive skin so no issue with tightness or dryness. The scent is ok, not too strong. As a makeup remover it is ok but I always use my own makeup remover before cleasing my face. It did remove any residue but I don’t think I’d use it strictly for makeup removal. I would recommend if you are looking for a gentle cleanser that doesn’t dry or irritate.
