I just purchased this product and took it out if the box, took the cap off, and noticed there was no seal. There was a bit of product in the cap. I was expecting a seal to be under the cap, as the box is not sealed. Is this normal or was it used before I purchased it?

I don't like anything about this product. I was looking for something to apply everyday with tint and sunscreen, however this one doesn't blend and it fells out of the skin because it doesn't go good with any of the moisturizer beneath it
Not for oily or acne prone skin
I wanted to like this. I loved the acne prone cc cream years ago but it was discontined. I was hoping this would be a good one with spf in it. I used the color match tool where you put in the brand and color you normally wear and I will say the color matched well but thats where it ended. It glided on well then its almost like it never dried down even with setting powder and spray. Forget blending contour or blush on this; the product pills up and becomes patchy but sticky so you cant wipe it off. I broke out aggressively so its going back.
