A: Hello and thank you for your question! We currently only make one certified kosher cheese, which is our Kosher Medium Cheddar. However, the majority of our cheeses, including this Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, are considered vegetarian and do not contain any animal-derived ingredients besides milk.

I loooveee this cheese anything tillamock is really good. The quality is there you can taste it. It is really rich flavors. They have a lot of different cheese options and shreds. This farm style is my personal favorite I recommend this cheese.
