I have no idea how this product receives such rave reviews. It's a moisturizer, and provides zero coverage. It's not makeup. I visited an Ulta store, where I told them what my goals are (light-medium coverage, natural look, friendly to my aging millennial skin, buildable coverage when necessary, etc...

Best Skin Tint for Mature Skin or Light Makeup Girlies
I have used Mac makeup for years. I do not wear heavy makeup and prefer a more natural made up look. I originally went to Ulta to try a different foundation i saw on TikTok shop but the attendant recommended I try Hourglass in stead. Best decision ever. I now no longer will use MAC after over 25+ years. This skin tint is so light but gives your skin a nice moisturized, glowy coverage without any blending effort. And all you need is just a little drop and this stuff goes far. Lets not mention the match was 100% I was shocked. Most foundations have to be matched with a color up or down to find your closest match. I now have a couple ranges for the different seasons. Absolutely recommend!
Disappointed
I was so excited to try this because of all its hype.. but it pills bad on me and separates. Ive tried multiple different ways to skin prep, from my normal routine to completely dry skin. Dry skin usually gives me the best results, but still sometimes will pill. So sad because I thought this would work perfect for my skin.
EVERY DAY
I love this. I use it every day for my look for school. I have some pretty bad acne scarring, so I use concealer over and under, but it melts together perfectly with everything. About to repurchase too :)
