Summary of reviews
The Differin pimple patches have received mixed reviews from guests. While some guests appreciate their thin, nearly invisible design and effectiveness in reducing redness and swelling, others find them ineffective in drawing out impurities or staying in place. The patches are praised for their comfort and ability to blend with the skin, making them suitable for daytime use. However, some guests report no noticeable improvement in their acne, suggesting that results may vary based on individual skin types.

I honestly didn’t think that a product like this couldn’t work. They are paper thin with zero hydrocolloid. The patch doesn’t absorb anything. There are way better pimple patches on the market.

I used on an active white head and it kept the pimple protected from environmental factors. CON* it doesn’t absorb like a hydro colloid patch. It pulled the white head off my skin once removed, but I was hoping for absorption out of that pimple!!

The only pro I’d give them is that they stay on for a long time and don’t fall off, and are invisible. But whenever I put these on top of a pimple with a whitehead, it did bring the head up, but it wasn’t pulled out with the patch, so I had to squeeze it out myself. I thought they would flatten down my other pimples without a head but they don’t.
Non-hydrocolloid stickers for early stage acne

These are not traditional hydrocolloid/cellulose pimple patches. These are medicated stickers to give targeted relief to early stage pimples. These will not pull any oil out of a whitehead. I find that for the purpose of spot treating early pimples these worked great. I like a competing brand of medicated hydrocolloid patches but they're pricy for a small quantity. I wanted to see if this would be a less expensive alternative and it worked well. I had an early, painful pimple that this decreased overnight. It's still red, but it no longer hurts like it'll become a cyst. I applied them to a clean, dry face and I was careful not to get other skin care on or around it. If you're looking for hydrocolloid patches these will not work for you. If you don't mind that it's just a medicated sticker they're definitely worth trying.
These are stickers, not pimple patches

These are very thin paper-like material. They do not absorb any moisture, and they don't stick to your skin well. Do not waste your money on these.

I literally never go out of my way to write reviews but I don’t know how these passed a quality assurance or an r&d team. They do absolutely nothing. Might as well have put a sticker on my face. Disappointing because I like the differin gel. If you want a spot patch do not waste money on these just buy the Peace Out ones instead.

Scam. The outside package is showing 36 clear patches. When i opening the package. Only found 12 clear patches. Looks like someone bought, used and returned it! I could do the same thing. Just return it to the target for resale. But really unfair for the next purchaser .Really disappointed!!! Target should be serious about the beauty return policy.
Better patches out there

Since Diferin's adapalene gel works great, I figured these would as well. They stick well and are invisible against your skin, but that's about all they have going for them. They don't work at all. I wore a few overnight on top of some pimples I had popped. In the morning, the patches were still perfectly invisible/clear. They hadn't absorbed anything and they didn't help with the inflammation either.

Do not buy. It’s too sticky and does not do anything. It does not absorb at all. If anything it has worsened my pimples because it was too sticky and tipped off some skin. Never purchasing again.

It's hard to believe these are priced at $10. They don't do anything to heal blemishes. It's like throwing a sticker on your pimples. Look elsewhere.
Didn’t really work for me .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The effectiveness of this product was minimal for me. The packaging was also hard to open . It did not have any smells and it don’t not irritate my skin. It stayed on my skin over night . It’s not worth the price since it didn’t work for my skin
