Poor service and poor product
I am a very unhappy customer. This was my first purchase at the St. Cloud Minnesota Ulta and I will never be back. I asked for their most long lasting lipstick, and this overpriced item is what they sold me. When it didn't even last 2 hours, they refused to take back the unopened product, or even offer a store credit, it was clear that this is a company that does not prioritize its customers.
Useless
This is junk. It wore off within an hour. If all you want is one photo, fine, but if you use lipstick to leave the house, this is garbage.

This is a great matte lipstick - awesome color, goes so well with my south Asian olive-brown skin. It doesn't last as long as the newest matte formula, but has been my favorite for a long time. It's highly pigmented, doesn't dry out lips and is quite lightweight.
Waste of resources. This stuff doesn't last.
This was my first purchase at my local Ulta after asking for their longest lasting lip color. By the time I got home the sample was no longer visible on my lips. It didn't hold for 8 hours. It didn't even stay for 2 hours. When I went to return the unused lipstick, Ulta refused to take the return. This was a total rip off, and I will never buy from Ulta again. Poor product, overpriced, and ridiculous non-return policy.
I love Mac Lipsticks!
My favorite shade was Cockney, I could no longer find it. I took a chance and bought 2 new shades. I'm very pleased with both.
