    I have been using this product for 8+ years. I originally bought it to help with scarring due to very bad acne. Not only did it help with the scarring, but it helps keep my breakouts away. Don't get me wrong it don't cure breakouts, but it has kept them away for the most part. When it comes to that time of the month I might get one or two every little zits and that's a BIG if!!! This product has been a lifesaver for me!! I used to get cystic acne and I don't like I used to. I use this product after I wash my face before I use any other products. Even got my boyfriend using it. I haven't tried it on my cesarean scar or anything like that, but I'm sure it would help if I did. I just am not that concerned with that scar, because it is very little and you can't tell it's there even in a bikini. I highly recommend this for anybody struggling with acne not just scarring.     This has been the only product where I've seen improvement in my scars. If possible, I'll upload some photos after the recommended 6 months on the box. (I think it's 6?? or maybe 3, going to have to check again.) Besides using this on my face, I've also been using it to improve scars on my arms. In the area I've been applying it, I can definitely see improvement, but adjacent to the area I've been applying it (haven't used any gel here) I've developed a small circular itchy patch of eczema(??). It has a diameter of about 0.75cm. This is the reason I've deducted one star. I'll be discontinuing use temporarily to see if it goes away, but hopefully I can use it again to see more progress on my scars on my face and arms. (I've also been using the Hydrating Night Cream, which I'm certain is the product giving me the allergic reaction on my face. The Scar Gel is very soothing and I do recommend it.)

    I've seen other questions regarding the percentage of active ingredients with no real answers yet. While I understand your products are designed for maximum results, other brands have no issues disclosing these percentages. I'm hesitant to buy a product that I can't get specific information for. Even a range of percentage for Panthenol and Allantoin would be helpful.

    We are able to put the highest level necessary for results and that is usually the range of .5-2% for each of those active ingredients which allow for healing, soothing and also allowing new cells to generate so the scar will minimize and smooth out.
