Just as I remembered, the familiar clickety-clack sound and 70s vibe. I've been reading the reviews and to those who say it's nothing like the original, you may have bought the classic version rather than the original. They are different prices for a reason.:)

Disappointing
Sad; I wore these throughout my high school years, with and without socks. I never had them come off my feet as soon as I began walking, but these seem to have been redesigned from the original-and they aren't good. Returned them. I believe if the strap was moved down towards heel just a tad, and they had some kind of material underneath the strap that was comfortable but still kept them from moving off feet-a kind of gentle friction, I might buy again. Redesign needed. Too expensive.

Most dangerous sandal ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the most dangerous sandals I’ve ever worn. My husband even noticed how floppy they were. They do not secure your foot at all…. and yes, I do have the correct size. I cannot believe that these are still being sold. I am going to reach out to their customer service.

Nostalgic sandals
