Constantly falls off the ring. Wish the power button was its own button. Someone is always changing our preferred sound when trying to shut it off.

Never used a sounds machine before and wish I did with my first. Bought this today and used it as soon as we got home for a nap. It was perfect. 10/10!! Was able to get it just loud enough to block out my noisy toddler playing in the living room so little one could get some well needed rest. Easy to use and love the cute clip! Easily slid onto a flap on pack and play corner. We love how sleek it is and very simple to use (wish the colors were sold in stores). Love having options for sounds but we will probably just use white noise. Excited for future uses!

We have the Hatch rest +1st generation and it works great. So, when our second baby was coming along, we of course ordered the latest and greatest Hatch. The My Rest is horrible. It is so extremely glitchy and I think I reset it at least 2 to 3 times a day with a hard restart at least every other week. It never works when you tap it and need it to just turn on. It’s pretty simple really. I wish I could just get the version. We had several years old and actually worked. If you’re in the market for a sound machine, my advice would be to find an older generation, or make sure the bugs in this version are updated, or just go with another sound machine.

The sound machine is pretty and discreet - I bought due to lack of buttons for my toddler to play with. However it is so hard to figure out, turn on, and find the sound you want. It also has completely stopped working after 1 year of use. I bought it when it wasnt nearly $40. Definitely not worth that price.

I love this so much that I have to. I got it in preparation for our baby, but I used it before he came and have continued to use it since for myself as well as for him. I love the rain sound, and I love that the battery life is so incredible. I can't wait to add one of the more elaborate models to my home soon.

It looks pretty and is portable. The sound options are nice. However, the rest of it is garbage. This product is terribly designed because you have to hold the middle button down so long to actually turn it on. It takes me multiple tries and I can never figure out why sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. Not to mention, when you’re fumbling with it in the dark, it is near impossible to tell which side turns the volume up or down so you just have to relearn every time (if you have a mom brain like me I guess). It also won’t save your volume settings from when you turn it off to turning it back on. Frankly I don’t care that the yogasleep one is aesthetically unappealing — I can get it to work right away when I’m holding a screaming kid trying to get bedtime to happen smoothly. So if you actually want a sound machine that works and turns on when you want it to, buy the yogasleep one instead.

It is a great sound machine we used it since day one from the hospital and has an amazing battery life, my only concern with it is that the ring attachment/hook is useless it has slipped out of the ring multiple times we once lost it at a friends house and had to deal with our baby being upset in the car until days later they found it and we got it back. It’s definitely a comfort for my child but maybe using a different ring like silicone or a different fabric that won’t slip would be a better option since we might not be so lucky and have to replace the entire item next time!

I bought a hatch for traveling purposes only. We do not have kids but always travel with our noise machine and it's huge. I stumbled across the baby hatch and figured I'd try it. It gets the job done, it's small, compact, and great to travel with. My husband loves it too as he travels a lot with it for work!

A few weeks after I first purchased this item, it stopped holding a charge. Thankfully hatch has great customer service and replaced it right away. I can get 3-4 full nights with this sound machine on a single charge, which is amazing! For comparison, my yogasleep brand sound machine can’t make it through one full night in a single charge. I’m really happy with this sound machine

I love all the different options for sounds that this has but I especially like the shushing sound because it calms my newborn down when he’s having a hard time in the car seat.

The fully charged battery doesn’t last long enough to get through a full night. It has also become difficult and annoying to turn on, after only 7 months of daily use. For the price point, I expected a bit more and wish I would have just got the regular hatch at this point.

Compact, I ended up buying the nest. Go portable sound machine instead of the larger one it does the same thing and is convenient to take on the road. It helps my baby for long periods of time.

Since we got the Rest Go, it has saved me from many screamy situations! My 2 year old fights naps so bad, and usually if we’re out and he’s tired, he ends up miserable because he refuses to fall asleep. Now, I just turn the Rest Go on to his usual sleep sounds, and it calms him so fast! He’s asleep in minutes. I keep it clipped to his bag so we always have it. It’s been a game changer for us!
