Is it possible to over-exfoliate with Softwear?
Hydroxycaprylic Acid is the chemical exfoliant that powers Softwear’s smoothing capabilities. This lipophilic (oil loving) AHA has a large molecule size, meaning it has a lower irritation profile than AHAs like glycolic and lactic acid. It helps slough off of dead skin cells removing those dry crusties, revealing soft, smooth lips. Knowing that lip balms are used frequently throughout the day, it’s included at a low, but efficacious level.

This is a nighttime staple that sits on my nightstand and is applied every night before bed. If you're still using Vaseline or a chapstick like product, please throw it away! This takes those old school lip products to a new level. Highly moisturizing, stays through the night and my lips are always perfectly hydrated. Prior to using this my tretinoin would migrate to my lips and cause peeling. This used before my tret application stops any dryness and lip peeling. Would love to see this in a tinted version and/or an SPF version for day!
