Expected machine to do more. Milk capacity is very small, steams milk but does not foam, have to clean milk apparatus after every use. General quality (build, buttons, etc) is lower than expected. Would not expect this machine to have a long lifespan. Only short cups fit under spout. Cannot dispense into taller glass. And VERY loud, louder than 3 other Nespresso machines I have used. Loud enough to wake sleeping spouse upstairs. Definitely not worth the high cost.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through the machine to ensure the coffee remains tasting and brewing consistently. We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Additionally, we recommend taking apart your frother and soaking all the components in warm soapy water for at least 45 minutes every other day, depending on usage. We offer lifetime troubleshooting on all of our machines, and each machine comes with at least a one-year warranty.

Never worked properly, doesn’t froth well with alternate milks, lights flash from one button to the other then shuts off and the power switch needs to be turned off and on for it to work again also after every coffee you need to clean the milk frother thoroughly or it won’t work

Love it !
I had a Breville Nespresso that didn't really seem to heat up enough and the espresso seemed off... This machine heats the water up much more and the crema is much better too. Loving it !

Poor Quality
Extremely poor quality machine. I had the Lattissima Pro for five years, and I loved it. But when it died, I found it was no longer manufactured. I purchased this machine, and it has never worked properly since day one. About half the time, the small milk container falls to the floor. Yes, imagine 5 ounces of milk all over your dry clean only rug. It tells me to clean the milk system after use, but it doesn't work. The water comes out sometimes when I have not even pushed the button. I don't know what to replace it with, since the pro is no longer available, and most of the other machines get lousy reviews as well.

I’ve been using the Nespresso Lattissima One for a while now, and overall, it’s a solid machine if you’re looking for convenience. The biggest plus is how easy it is to make lattes and cappuccinos with the one-touch milk frothing system—no fussing with separate frothers or extra steps. The milk container is small, which is great if you don’t want to waste milk, but it does mean refilling often if you’re making multiple drinks. The coffee quality is what you’d expect from Nespresso—consistent, smooth, and with a good variety of pods to choose from. It heats up quickly, and clean-up is fairly easy since most parts are detachable. The downside? The milk froth isn’t as thick or silky as a dedicated steam wand would make, but for an automatic machine, it does a decent job. Also, if you like larger drinks, the cup size options can feel a bit limited. If you want barista-style coffee without the hassle of a full espresso setup, it’s a great choice. Just keep in mind that it’s best for single servings rather than making back-to-back drinks for a group.
