If you have sensitive eyes…
The balm works, it takes every bit of my makeup off and with ease too. However this is heavily fragranced and whilst my skin loves it, my eyes sting and water terribly. For a product at this price point it’s a deal breaker for me. The Clinique Take The Day Off balm does the job just as well, no irritation to my eyes and the price is significantly cheaper. I wanted to love this because the texture is beautiful and luxurious however I can’t get past the eye irritation. If you have sensitive eyes do not purchase this - if you don’t have sensitive eyes then this is a lovely cleanser.

Best cleanser EVER!!
You can’t beat this product. Not many products have been in my routine for years but this one is going nowhere for me. Best cleanser ever with a gorgeous scent too.

Favourite Cleansing Balm
I’ve been using this cleansing balm for about a year now. It always leaves my skin feeling so clean and fresh but not dehydrated. Smells amazing and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my skin since using it regularly. Would definitely recommend!

Feels so smooth
This is the best product I have ever used as a cleanser. Its takes everything off, even strong eye make up. My skin feels amazing and I love it. This is probably my 6th pot

Absolutely beautiful
I received a free gift with a Elemis purchase of this cleansing balm and immediately had to buy the full size. I use it in the evenings to remove my make up, it glides beautifully onto the skin and removes all make up easily. Face feels so soft after use.
