The size shown does not include the ruffle. The ruffle is 3-4" wide and double folded back to make a nice clean edge. Therefore our 17x17 pillow is really 23" wide including the ruffle. The Pillow part would fit a 17x17 or 18x18 pillow insert like our 100% shredded serene foam pillow insert.
Also available in 20x20 size, or the popular 26x26 Euro size. Both available as covers only or with our 100% shredded serene foam inserts.
