Amy’s Kitchen was named for founders Rachel and Andy Berliner’s daughter, Amy. The company began with its flagship frozen vegetable pot pie. Each pie was made completely by hand from organic ingredients, a labor of love that really paid off; Amy’s was an overnight sensation.
