You can powder your nose before date night or powder your hands before deadlifts. But, darling, you do not need to powder your puppy chow. The stick-together, cereal snack mix is sweet enough. White chocolate chips and a dash of cinnamon are the only touch-ups needed here. At the end, you’ll coat everything in soft, naturally sweet coconut flour. It becomes the perfect amount of cakey to prevent a total hot mess.
Ingredients
1/2 cup almond butter
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
4 cups cereal squares
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
- In a large bowl, add almond butter, chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave about 90 seconds, or until mixture begins to melt. Stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Add cereal and stir until cereal is completely coated.
- In a separate bowl, add coconut flour and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
- Spoon coated cereal into a zip-top bag. Pour flour-cinnamon mixture into bag and shake until cereal is fully coated.
