No more forever chemical pots/pans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this pot to start replacing old nonstick pots that have chipping and flaking. These pots are well made and beautiful in appearance. I hope to buy the 12 piece set to round out the collection.

Great product but the handle gets EXTREMELY hot

I bought the mini pot, and I have used it a couple of times already. No issues before but this morning I boiled a small amount of pasta. I turned off the fire, medium low, and when I grabbed the handle I burned my fingertips because the handle was too hot. I haven't had an issue with my other Caraway pots. I advice folks to use a glove or something because now I'm afraid to even grab a Caraway handle without poking at it to see if it's too hot.
