When I first ordered, the bottle I received was unsealed, open, and mostly empty - however when I contacted the seller they made a commitment to fixing everything. Amazing customer care, they replaced the bottle without requiring me to send back the faulty one first (to save me time and effort) and treated me almost like family (cliché, I know, but that's how I felt when speaking to the representative and their supervisor...)When I received the replacement product (with astounding alacrity, by the by) I could not have been happier; not only was the packaging in pristine condition but the product itself is of UTMOST high quality, with zero added fragrance (a BIG factor for me and my husband), excellent viscosity, pleasant consistency on the skin, and a simple but TOP-NOTCH ingredients list with ZERO flaws.This is a product I will buy again because of the product's quality; this is a COMPANY I will buy from again due to how much they value and how well they treat their customers.

    I bought this back in November and quickly dismissed it because I only layered it once and wasn't patient enough. Fast forward to June, I decided to give it another chance and boy am i glad i did.

    Firstly, I recommend layering this two or three times for more hydration. Secondly, I noticed how beautifully this product gave my skin a luminous, dewy glow. Thirdly, my skin texture has significantly improved and I haven't broken out by using this. Texture wise, it could also be due to me using PHA, but overall I am so glad I gave this product a second chance. Wow! Now I'm very curious to try more of One Thing's extract toners!

    I have one hard spot near the corner of my lips for the last 3 years . I tried a dozen kinds of different cream including some expensive ones. None of them works. But this one it only took 3 days twice a day, my skin started to get soft. After two weeks, that spot is completely normal . I like it no scent ,all natural! It doesn't give my skin any allergy. My face skin is no longer oily BUT enough of moisture . I wanted to order a second bottle but it's been out of inventory for long time. I had to order on Ebay that shipped from Korea. It took two weeks to get here. Wish it will be restocked soon. Thank you ONE THING.

    The most recent bottle sent to me was clearly spoiled. It smells strongly of butter. I contacted the seller, and they said this was normal. It is not normal. I used the product and broke out in a rash.
    This is my second bottle of this essence, and it never once broke me out in the past, and it definitely isn't supposed to smell like rancid butter.
    Also, this is the second time they've sent me a bad product. Previously, they sent me an opened bottle of 10% niacinamide by mistake.
    So, I would not recommend using the essence on your skin. It took about two days for the rash on my skin to go down.

    I bought this product on November and it's expiry date is on March of the next year. Which I feel is a very short shelf life for a product. And such products should be sold while mentioning the expiry date. Nevertheless I have been using the toner religiously but so fari haven't seen any changes yet. It didn't harm my skin but at the same time didn't do any good as well.
