Used many Bob's Red Mill products in the past, but used the white rice flour for the first time in a sugar cookie recipe. The taste was less grainy than other gluten free alternatives and made the cookies taste more like my original wheat flour recipe. Happy with the results.

Great flour. Being Gluten free due to sever gluten allergy I make most of our food from scratch. Having great ingredients makes a difference. I only have had good experiences with Bob's Red Mill flours and relay on them to have delicious food that keeps me healthy and my family happy.

I like to dip whatever I am frying in Bob's rice flour before dipping in any batter. I typically dip in rice flour then in frothed egg white then panko bread crumbs for a light and fluffy coating.
Product great! Delivery issues.

Love this product. Only gave 4 stars because it was shipped poorly and there was flour all over the inside of the box.

I have been making my own gluten free flour mix for years. For I tune I could not get this so tried to substitute. I found out there is no substitute for Bob’s Red Mill white rice flour. This makes my cakes and breads light and fluffy.
I can’t leave it alone

I finally got smart and ordered a case. Yours is such a good quality that everything is turning out so good that I am indulging like I haven’t since being diagnosed celiac 20+ years ago. Using it with the recently purchased “How Can It Be Gluten Free*” cookbook, is a mouthwatering improvement. *by America's Test Kitchen

Excellent quality for gluten-free flour mixes. I love it a whole lot more than what I can buy at the Asian markets in San Diego.

It is a basic in all my gluten free recipes for breads, pie crust, cookies and more. I even make a dip for frying shrimp using 1/4 cup rice flour, T. Cornstarch, and 1/4 cup water plus a little.
I use it for shortbread.

My family recipe for shortbread requires rice flour. It provides the "snap" a shortbread needs.

I use this flour to lighten up the texture of breads I make with heavier flours like buckwheat or teff. My family says it makes the bread toast more like gluten breads. Okay with me.
Seems okay so far

I gave a more lengthly review of the one to one flour in my husband's battle with cancer by eating gluten free. We've found for certain items like baking bread, we use the America's Test Kitchen recipe for flour using your white rice, brown rice and a few other Bob's Red Mill ingredients. The taste and texture for that bread recipe can't be beat...I've even baked a loaf just to make dressing for our turkey meals.
