Lancome body cream

The jar was badly broken. The outside hard plastic exterior was cracked & broken leaving very sharp open edges I love the product & am a loyal Lancome/ Macys customer. I would expect the product to be delivered whole & also safe to use. The sharp edges of plastic are not safe.
