It looks like butter, tastes like butter, melts like butter, must be butter! But yes, it’s good quality, organic butter and is reasonably priced. I stock up periodically for baking, and I only use organic butter in my kitchen even for everyday such as a pat on steamed veggies. It freezes well and I can pull one or two cubes out at the ready for a batch of chocolate chip cookies or a pan of lemon squares. Delicious!

I really do not appreciate Target brands claiming “non gmo” when in reality, it is not non gmo certified by a third party organization. It is, however, USDA organically certified. I would rather pay double for a brand who is certified by both organizations.
