Key Ingredients
- LIPID CONCENTRATE: Instantly removes waterproof makeup
- EMOLIENTS MIX: Leaves skin clean & fresh
- Before each use, shake the bottle to activate the formula and mix the oil phase with the water & phase.
- Saturate a cotton round or cotton ball with Bi-Facil and hold over closed eyes to moisten and soften all layers of eye makeup including eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara.
- Then, gently swipe over makeup to remove. Repeat until all eye makeup is removed.
PRO TIP: Saturate or dab Bi-Facil onto a cotton swab or makeup corrector brush to fix makeup application mistakes when applying eye makeup for a flawless finish.

I use this product to remove my eye makeup. I noticed with the pads they sell to remove eye makeup. Are causing me wrinkles by my eye area. But this product is so awesome I just use it on a cotton ball and just wipes off without pulling the skin. Love it love it

I have used this product for over 20 years to clean my eye makeup in the evening. It is simply the best product and I've gotten samples of others and never waivered. I just wish Ulta would carry the really large economical size of this product so that I can refill my travel size and have a larger size to use at home,.
