- While it's possible to machine wash on delicate, we don't recommend it as it can lightly scratch the zipper hardware.

- For Continental US, order by Sunday, December 17 (end of day) for standard shipping delivery before Christmas.
- While we strive to ship all orders by the next business day, some may take 2 business days.
- We offer free standard shipping for Continental US orders over $100.
- Standard shipping is 2-5 business days within the continental USA. Shipping to other areas such as Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico available for an extra charge.
- Our warehouse is located in Illinois, USA.
- Express (estimated 2 business days) Continental USA shipping available for an extra charge.
- We also ship to Canada. Customers in Canada are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs. Estimated shipping time is 4-10 days.

- Special Note: For items purchased between Nov 1, 2023 and Dec 25, 2023, we will honor returns that are initiated by January 5, 2024 and arrive by January 12, 2024.
