This serum uses a gentler form of retinol, so you won't overdo it—even on sensitive skin. Our gel-cream formula contains encapsulated retinol, which penetrates the top layers of the skin's surface to avoid irritation. Natural retinol alternatives arophira and bakuchiol also add to this gentle yet effective nightly treatment.

How: Smooth 2 pumps into clean, damp skin. Let it sink in for one minute before your next skincare step.
Where: Face and neck. Bonus points for chest. Be careful when applying to the eye area to avoid getting product in your eyes.
When: Every PM after cleansing. Use alone or between lighter serums and moisturizer.

Good to Know: Retinol is one of the most dermatologist-recommended ingredients. In encapsulated form, it doesn’t sit on the skin’s surface, avoiding the irritation other forms of retinol are known for.

Note: Because the retinol serum’s green tint comes from its naturally-derived ingredients, color intensity can vary from batch to batch. This is totally normal and does not affect the efficacy of the product.
