NOT water proof
The instant my skin was moist, from a typical workday, there were shadows beneath my eyes. I wasn't sweating, just a little heated. Not worth the money at all!!
what kind of "waterproof" mascara is this?
I have quite literally never used a mascara that is this bad. First, it states that it's waterproof but that could not be any further from the truth. It runs SO bad. Within an hour I have mascara smudges under my eye and at the top of my eyelid, so I am constantly having to clean up the marks. My non-waterproof mascaras dont even run this bad. Second, it clumps horribly. My eyelashes look like spider legs instead of individual lashes. I got this for free with my platinum gift at rhe beginning of the year, so I am glad I did not actually spend money this. I do NOT recommend this mascara at all.
Not the best
I wasn't fond of this mascara after buying it, I've worn it a few times now. I don't recommend if you have sensitive eyes, it will irritate them the next day; it is extremely hard to remove even with makeup remover.
Another one bites the dust
From the very first use, was clumpy, didnt apply without making gaps in my lashes. I should have returned but wanted to give it a try. Never again!
Nope
I used to love this mascara and every time it will go on sale i would stock up, so i dont know if ulta is selling old ones or IT downgraded the formula in order to sell the primer, i havent tried the primer as i consider the mascara to be pricey already, its not like i can add more cost on my already tight budget.
