How do I use the LED Face Mask?

Step 1: Start with a sensitivity test (find out how to do this in your mask's manual).Step 2: Cleanse your skin and pat dry. Attach the mask, then adjust the strap around your head (for the Series 2 Mask, attach the top strap across the top of your head).Step 3: Switch on, sit back and relax for 10 minutes. The mask will automatically switch off when your treatment is finished.Step 4: Remove the mask from your head and wipe clean.Expert Advice: Use 3 to 5 times a week as part of your morning or evening skincare routine. Can I use the LED Face Mask more than the recommended amount?

Yes, although any longer than the recommended treatment time isn't proven to be more effective.

The device is 100% pain free. It does not generate heat and should not feel uncomfortable.

How long will it take until I see results?

I’ve been using the current body LED mask for a month now. While it’s still too early to notice any visible changes, I have noticed that my skin feels noticeably smoother. The mask is easy to use and fits well into my routine, so I plan to continue using it. My only minor issue is that, as someone on the smaller side, the mask feels a bit larger than expected and doesn’t sit as snugly as I’d like. Otherwise, it’s a promising start.

Excellent product.

I received my mask the middle of March 2025. It's April 30th now. I use face & neck every other night before bedtime. Being 72 yrs old I love how my face is looking. My neck has become wrinkle free. The biggest surprise is the mask clears my sinuses! I used to have alot of sinus draining creating stuff I'd need to spit out. Not anymore, what a surprise!
