HOW TO APPLY

Use the included puff to pick up powder. Gently tap the puff on the back of your hand to remove any excess and press lightly over the entire face.

I've used this powder for many years over Chanel foundations. I've experimented with other powders, but none as flawless and effortless, to me, as this one. It's perfectly milled - not so fine, like some, that it cakes or requires one to finish the finishing powder.
