I would reccommend the underwear, the peri bottle, and the foam. However, some of the postpartum gear I received at the hospital was better or of equal effectiveness. This is a good investment if you plan to have more than one baby because you'll know what works and what doesn't for you personally the second time around.

Normal delivery no lacerations* I love this kit. Everything is useful. I would definitely buy extra pads in addition to this. The ice packs are heaven. The peri bottle is way better than the 1 from the hospital. 10/10!

This kit is well thought out. From everything in a convenient carrier (with a reinforced handle so the cardboard doesn’t rip), products being full sized, and each product being of quality. A customer can really tell Fridays Mom brand puts a lot of thought into their product.

I would say this is a saviour for new moms you have everything in one box which you need the most. I loved their disposable underwear which is really comfortable in that phase. Definitely recommend this.

Received as part of my baby registry but was surprised when I opened it up to find no peri bottle. Felt a little deceived as the description and even name of the item seemed to imply that it was included. Happy there was nothing else missing but still feel as if it should have been included.

I love the compact easy packing and the handle is top tier. So cute to move around to different bathrooms around the house. The scent isn't over bearing at all. It's a great value for everything you get. It's always nice to have a good reliable brand name of stuff for recovery.

I love that it comes in a caddy that has perfect slots for each item! The caddy can be set right by the toilet where each item will be used. The smell of the healing foam is wonderful, the witch hazel does wonders!

Everything that it comes with is a must because you really need them so that you can recover faster and ease the pain. Best part of this is that it it comes in a toilet-top storage caddy and that way you have everything together for when your ready to use it. My only issue is the price, probably would be more cheaper if you bought the product separately.

The disposable underwear is so comfortable and cooling wipes and witch hazel spray helped the healing and makes you feel so much better. The peri bottle is easy to use and the gown is fantastic for sleep/ feeding .
