Everything I Wanted...and more

Such a great book. I've been eating more plant based and didn't realize just how many of my favorites weren't vegan at all. Now I can make my own kimchi and more. I can't wait to have a few days to really dig into this and make some meals. MMMMmmmm.

Fantastic book!

This book is gorgeous, has amazing recipes, and stories. Her reflections of culture and family will definitely inspire you. It has been a mission gathering all of the ingredients, and it is definitely worth it. I've made a few of the recipes so far, and they are so delicious! This book will definitely become a staple in my kitchen.
