I have wide feet (4” at bunion on widest foot) and ordered a C-width.
At first fit was perfect in general, just a tish snug on widest foot. After walking for a few hours, they feel exactly as I’d like them to fit. Very comfortable.
Can’t attest to arch support as it isn’t something that generally concerns me.
Nice cushioned sole.

I love huaraches so I tried these in both 9.5 and 10 based on reviews that said they ran small. I found the 9.5 (my usual size) true to size, tho my slightly smaller foot almost walked out of them. The width is perhaps a tiny bit narrower than medium, as are my feet. They're just toooooooooooo flat for me. Just not comfortable for any walking at all. They look good, the leather seems good quality, and the insole is slightly padded. Still too flat. Arch support would be a great thing to add! I'll return them both. Sigh.

Not much arch support, but more than most flat sandals. Plush foot bed makes them nice for standing and walking for a while. The toe box is normal but tight for my wide feet. Super cute! Felt super true to size.

Finally -- a really comfortable "Huarache" styled shoe! The heels don't slip, moderate arch support and cushioning, and the fit is good overall. The made-made sole provides some cushioning and doesn't slip on payment like the traditional leather soles happen to do.
