I recently tried the e.l.f. Halo Glow Beauty Wand, and I have to say—it's a game-changer for a drugstore highlighter! The formula is creamy, blendable, and gives such a natural, lit-from-within glow. It's very comparable to higher-end liquid highlighters but at a fraction of the price. The cushion-tip applicator makes it super easy to apply, though I recommend blending with a brush or sponge for a seamless finish. It doesn't emphasize texture and lasts well throughout the day.
