This has been a lifesaver. My husband no longer needs the awful mask. This has been a great alternative. And no snoring with the mouth taped shut. Hahaha

This is by far the best mouth tape that you can buy, worth every penny! I love that you have two different options of wearing them and that I can still drink from a straw. Quality product, but best of all, it’s made in America!

I was skeptical at first of taping my mouth while I sleep, but now I can't sleep without it. I wear a bottom teeth night guard and found my mouth was always open while sleeping. VIO2 helps me sleep comfortably with my mouth closed all night, without feeling restricted. I can still breathe from my mouth if needed, even take sips of water through a straw, sneeze and cough. I briefly tried using regular paper tape but it left such a sticky residue in the morning. VIO2 is easy to remove, comfortable to wear, and feels high quality. Only note is that the adhesive smells a little weird, but it's not bothersome.

It took me awhile to figure out the best way to use the tapes. I put the center piece side to side over the lips and stretch it out. I then secure the tapes above the lip and lastly stretch the bottom tapes down and secure them. This way it really keeps my mouth closed. I find that if I can breath at all out the sides I will do that in my sleep. After a few weeks my body adjusted and stopped trying to breath through my mouth. What a difference taping my mouth makes in how I sleep. VIO2 mouth tapes stay secure and are easily removed. Other tapes I tried hurt to get off or I got a rash from the tape. I use the tape every night.

I love this tape! I have tried different kinds and it is by far my favorite. It isn't irritating or overly sticky, but stays in place.

Such effective mouth tape! My husband and I have been using for almost a month now and are loving it! Stays on even if you put on chapstick before, can still somewhat talk. This is the 3rd brand we’ve tried and it’s been our favorite! Only downside is it leaves a little blue behind when you take it off but now that we’re aware we look for it.
