Care Guide

Our shoes are made from Italian suede, a surprisingly durable material. Marks and scuffs to the suede can be gently removed using a suede brush and cleaning spray. Regular treatment with a protectant spray can also help prevent signs of future wear.

Shipping & returns

Shipping:

Standard shipping is complimentary on all domestic orders over $100. A $4.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $100. Expedited FedEx 3day, 2Day, and Overnight options are available at checkout.

In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed after 2pm ET will ship the following business day.

For preorders, payment is collected at checkout. Please refer to the “Expected to ship” date on the product page for estimated availability.

Returns & Exchanges:

We offer refunds on new, unworn items within 14 days of delivery, and exchanges or returns for store credit within 30 days.

Return shipping is complimentary for exchanges and store credit. Refunds incur an $11 return shipping fee—unless Return Protection is added at checkout for $3.98.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
