I prefer to use ampoules at night. I tend to reach for them when my skin feels like it needs additional help. This is especially true during the winter and dry months. It has helped calm my skin.

I love BABOR ampoules. I tried the beta glucan variety in the Advent Calendar and liked it, so bought the set. It seems soothing for my redness. All of them seem to have both an instant effect and other benefits, depending on which one. I like this for sensitivity and redness. All of them seem to provide some hydration as well.

Still waiting for lasting results. Would consider continuing with the regimen and see.....

I had allergic reaction to fragrance when using other skincare products. This ampoule is amazing! It calmed and strengthened my skin. I guess I can't go without it now. Strongly recommended!
