Trusting the process
The experience was good. I was worried my 2nd bottle wouldn’t come in time but it did and I was able to start in the next evening. The dosage is exact, my cycle was different this time. I’m trusting the process and reserving judgement until after the 3 month mark. The follow-up and customer service is great. The online portal is very user friendly.

Elix works!!
I’ve been using this for a month & some change & I have seen a noticeable improvement in my PMS & period symptoms. I take it in the morning every morning & I take a double dose the week leading up to my period. I’m so happy to have this product because PMS symptoms made me feel like I was going crazy & my periods were a bit irregular. I have been on BC for about 5 years but, I eventually want to get off the pill. I was told it was the only way to keep my hormones stable & regulate my periods. I know Elix will help me regulate my periods & balance my hormones without having to be on BC.

Moderately to really helpful for my period symptoms
I was skeptical at first, but a traditional Chinese medicine friend recommended I try this product. I am only using the first bottle and in progress of finishing it. I really appreciate the onboarding and personalized care. I have experienced quite a moderate amount of reduction in headaches and cramps in first month, but still use pain medications. The team is honest with potential side effects, which is my concern. Chinese medicine has its place, but also as with any practice there are history that I am cautious of ie in Taiwan some medicine practitioners sneak in steroids or lead compounds. However, the same can be said with western pharmaceutical companies. I think the Elix team is honest and responsible and will adapt their medicine based on their needs. My thanks to the Elix team for being upfront and detailed in addressing my needs and concerns.

Amazing for cramps
I used to have debilitating cramps and a very heavy flow, even on birth control. Now I don't even have to worry about my period. I take elix during my period and have minimal to no cramps. I forgot to take it this month and I had some painful cramps again which reminds me how much I love elix! My flow has reduced to moderate instead of heavy which makes it so much more manageable as well. I am so thankful I tried it, it's been a lifesaver for my previously awful periods.

I've Been Waiting For This!
This product has changed my health journey. After struggling to feel some sense of normalcy and balance after taking birth control for a decade, I noticed a difference within the first week.
