Love the actual bottle, it is the BEST but we ordered night safari for my husband thinking it was dark dark blue or black. After 3 days we saw it in bright light and realized it’s actually an eggplant purple.

I loved the dual drinking options - straw or chug. The multi bright color schemes make them fun & stand out. I see alot of complaints about dents, if it came that way, I'd be upset, but Ive had mine for about 3 years and it's still in amazing shape. The bottom has a few dents bc I have dropped it and it's still in good, working shape, the hook it's another favorite of mine, way to clip on my big stroller hook and carry it without taking up space . It can tolerate drops. I prefer to get good use out of my bottles and when it's time to ditch them I'm glad to see their faded, dented, scratched etc. It makes it easier to get rid of it and upgrade. I will continue to buy owala's

Water bottle is nice. Got shipped in a plastic bag with no protection and (obviously) arrived dented. Only options given to mail it back and get a new one shipped or a refund. No guarantee the new one wouldn’t also be shipped in a plastic bag. Choosing to eat the cost but sucks to pay $40 for an item and it arrived so poorly shipped.
